With a distinguished career in the healthcare industry, specializing in marketing, strategy, and operational efficiency, Nichols is poised to lead McCreadie Group into a new era of growth and excellence.
Prior to joining McCreadie Group, Sara Brueck Nichols served as Chief of Staff & Vice President of Marketing Strategy at Optum Rx, a UnitedHealth Group company. Throughout her nearly 25-year career, she has been instrumental in strategic planning and operational optimization, utilizing data-driven insights to deliver exceptional value to organizations, clients, and patients. Nichols holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Utah’s Eccles School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Public Relations from Brigham Young University.
In her role as President, Nichols will leverage her strategic expertise to elevate McCreadie Group’s growth and operational efficiency. Her focus will be on implementing best practices across all business areas, including customer success, a core value of the business.
